There are apps for your phone, tablet or computer that can take a variety of workout data into account and give appropriate recommendations. It’s not a live trainer, and it won’t answer many of your training questions.
Nevertheless, it is written with the participation of those very trainers and helps unlock your potential. Of course, you can’t get away with installing the app, it won’t do the physical work for you, which means you have to be a diligent student and screw up in accordance with the program.

This is essentially a handy smartphone-based cycling computer with a built-in social network.
The display of data during the movement can be customized in an easy-to-understand form.
You can share your achievements with other users of the application, as well as with your friends on Facebook.
It is also possible to communicate with a smart watch, from which heartbeat data is taken.

A premium account opens up the possibility of choosing a workout plan and provides in-depth analysis.

In 2015, the developers were bought by sportswear brand UnderArmor and development of the app has since slowed. In March 2019, the developers apparently abandoned the app altogether – no updates have been released since then, although it is possible to subscribe for a fee.
